I've gained 20 pounds since June of this year, so I finally cracked down and decided it was time to get back into shape. I had a hard time controlling my appetite and finding the energy to run again.
This product has really helped me with that. I was a little aprehensive about trying it because other weight loss products made me jittery and nauseated. I take the full recommended dosage of Lipo 6 Black Hers and do not experience any jitters or nausea at all. Instead, I feel energetic, alert, and I've noticed that both my mood and concentration have improved in the 2 weeks that I've been taking the supplement.
So far I've lost 5 pounds but it feels like more than that. I'm still working out a diet and exercise routine, which is the most important factor in weight loss. It really helps with water weight...I'm not bloated at all. It also helps keep me regular. I even lost 2/10 of a pound on a "mess-up" day...Dining out with no exercise.
This isn't a miracle product by no means...you have discipline yourself and make a serious attempt to eat healthy and exercise regularly. Follow the directions on the label carefully and this product will help you lose the weight.

I've tried Hydroxycut, Lipo 6, (gray and blue bottle), Xenadrine and Animal Cuts in the past. When I saw Lipo 6 Black Hers at GNC and noticed how they were almost sold out (only 1 bottle left) I figured I'd give it a shot. I always hated the jittery feeling other pills have given me so I was a little nervous about this. I began taking it the next day, 3 in the morning when I wake up (5 am normally) and 3 in the afternoon (around 1 pm). I waited for the jitters, and they never came. I just noticed how much energy I had, also that day when I worked out I felt great. I felt like I could workout for HOURS. I did cardio that night and it felt great.
This pill is not a miracle pill - it takes more than a pill to get results. I've been using it for less than a week but I've lost 6 lbs. I don't attribute that solely to the pill but it helps. I work out for about an hour each day and eat around 1200 calories (my goal is to drop 26 pounds).
To sum it up, if you work hard while taking these you'll definitely see results and feel great while working hard.

I used to do Nutrisystem in 2008 it worked really good i lost 73 pounds on it but its too much money. I got laid off my job at the end of 2008 i couldnt buy the Nutrisystem i gaind 35 pounds back I was so sad :( I even joind the gym I just couldnt loose the weight I kept on looking for stuff that could work I really dont like taking pills but I thought its time to try something that would not make me want to eat because I LOVE FOOD lol and I am not going to hide it. I bought the Lipo 6 Black Hers and started them 01-12-2010 Monday My weight was 235 the first day I couldnt eat I had to make myself eat which never happends lol I had a huge amount of energy I just wanted to do stuff I started working out on my tredmil only 20 minutes a day and also since I did Nutrisystem in the past I did it with my own food i ate 4 times a day NO SUGER or BREAD Monday-Friday Saturday and Sunday I let myself have some :) well I told myself i will weigh myself in a week and see how much i lost on 01-19-2010 Monday I got on the scale and my weight was 225 I lost 10 pounds in a week!!!! So if you really want to loose weight you should give these pills a try I am going to order some more so I could lose 25 more!!! Also just wanted to let everyone know that I am not a big coffee person it makes me feel sick but these pills dont I feel great no bad feeling just feel great!!

I'm 46 years old and I normally sit at a desk all day but I do work out at Curves 3 days a week. I try to get a good cardio workout by running in place on the "rest" stations. I started with the full dose of 3 in the AM and 3 before lunch. I felt a little jittery after the first dose but today I don't feel it at all. I'm not having any trouble sleeping either but my lunchtime pills are taken at 10:30AM so that's not very late in the day. My energy is up, my appetite is down, and I feel fuller quicker at meals. This stuff is working for me with no jitters or nausea.
I had a full hysterectomy last June and my weight loss came to a screeching halt. Where I used to lose 1.5 - 2 pounds a week at Weight Watchers, I was losing maybe .5 a pound now...it was so frustrating and I was starving and always thinking about food. So the lady at GNC told me about these and I gave them a try. Wow! After just 3 days I'm down 3.5 pounds! I'm afraid it's just water so I'll keep up the regimen the full 8 weeks to see how I do. Food does not consume me anymore - it's like I could take it or leave it. For those who ever did Fen-Phen, that's what it feels like and the weight is falling off like it did with those prescribed medications. So far I'm very happy with this product.

UPDATE 4/20/10:
I started taking these pills on 2/19 so I'm at the end of my first cycle. The directions say to do 8 weeks on 4 weeks off, I plan to finish the rest of the bottle which is a couple of more days. I lost a total of 18 lbs and wouldn't have been able to do it without these pills. What you need to remember most is MAKE SURE YOU DRINK PLENTY OF WATER! Dizziness and light headedness is a common side effect of dehydration and can be experienced from taking these pills (I've experienced first hand but water ALWAYS got rid of the symptoms).

Let me start off by saying everyone's body is different and I completely stress that 100%. FOR ME, this pill is working better than I could've ever expected!
I started taking these pills exactly 1 week ago and I lost 4 1/2 pounds already! I have lost all cravings for food, do not eat before bed time and my portions have gotten smaller too! I also have so much energy with out the jitters it's so unreal. I never ever thought one of these products would work like it says it does! I've tried hydroxycut, xenedrine and neither of them worked.
I would recommend this product to any female but would definitely stress that just b/c I've had great results right away doesn't mean someone else will too. I also don't drink anything but water, sometimes iced tea. You also have to follow the instructions DON'T consume any caffeine from any other products. That could be why some others have felt adverse side effects. I also didn't start off taking the full dosage for fear I might have had side effects. I took 1 pill before meals the first day then went up to 2 and monitored my reaction to them. after 3 days I am now taking the full dosage and everything is fine. I haven't started working out yet and I cannot wait to see my results once I do!!
